WARRANTY COVERAGE:

Desolo’s warranty covers any manufacturer defect in your Desolo product. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to maintain a dated receipt as proof of purchase.

HOW LONG COVERAGE LASTS:

Desolo’s warranty covers all defective products for one year from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within one year of the purchase date, you may return it to Desolo under warranty. At Desolo’s discretion, we may repair or replace the item, or provide a refund of the original price paid. 

WHO IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

This warranty is for the original consumer purchaser only. It is not transferable. 

WHAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Desolo’s product offering has been developed through considerable product design, engineering, and testing, but each product has a useful lifecycle that is based in part on the type and intensity of use that the product is exposed to over its life cycle, as well as the maintenance and care the product receives from the customer. Our warranty does not cover the following:

Products modified, neglected, misused, or abused;

Products involved in accidents, including snags, rips, burns, stains, or discoloration;

Products used for rental, courier, police, security, or any other commercial use;

Products normal wear and tear;

Products purchased from an unauthorized dealer;

Products purchased from third-party trading, auction, or classified internet sites;

WHAT DESOLO WILL DO:

A product that proves to be defective will first be attempted to be repaired. If this is not possible to repair the product, Desolo will replace it with a new similar product. If no such product is available, Desolo will provide a refund for the full purchase price of the original product.

LIMITATION ON DAMAGES AND DURATION OF WARRANTIES:

Desolo will repair or replace the product as provided under this limited one-year warranty. This warranty shall be the sole remedy of the original purchaser. To the extent allowed by law, this limited warranty is exclusive and there are no other express or implied warranties or conditions, including warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose that is provided by Desolo. Desolo shall not be liable for any loss or damages, including consequential, indirect, and incidental damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the product, or for breach of any expressed or implied warranty or condition on this product provided by law.  Except to the extent prohibited by law, any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. 

OUR REPAIR PROCESS

Contact our Customer Service team by email at support@desologear.com with a repair request under the product warranty. You should provide a written description of the defect, as well as photographs, along with a copy of the proof of purchase. We will respond in 3-5 business days with a preliminary assessment and provide instructions for the return. California law states that products accepted for review and repair must be clean. Please clean your products before returning them to us, otherwise we will not be able to accept them for repair. Once we have received the item, we will complete the repair in 8 to 12 weeks . Return shipping to you will typically take an additional week after the repair is made.
