The name Desolo™ was born in Desolation Wilderness, an area immediately west of Lake Tahoe. The wilderness area is one of the largest recreational areas for people living in Northern California, but also attracts people worldwide. Desolation wilderness is home to a section of the PCT, with thru-hikers showing up in June through July. Additionally, this area is the most scenic segment of the popular Tahoe Rim Trail.

Desolo cannot accept return or exchange items that are used, stained, contain pet hair, or odors.
