Desolo’s mission is to provide affordable ultralight technical mountain gear to serve backpackers and mountain adventure seekers. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can contact our Customer Service team for a return or exchange.
Returns up to 30 days from the original purchase date will receive a full refund. Exchanges can be made up to 60 days from the original purchase date. Desolo cannot accept return or exchange items that are used, stained, contain pet hair, or odors. Return and exchange items must have their original packaging, tags, and a receipt as proof of purchase.
